Taproom and Beer Garden

Our taproom and beer garden is located in a historic auto repair shop in the heart of Uptown Oakland. Originally constructed in 1919, the building served as a brake shop for more than 100 years until we refurbished it in 2021.
The large outdoor beer garden has ample seating, and the indoor area offers high ceilings, cozy nooks, and comfy couches.
Beer, wine, AND Food
In addition to a full slate of house beers, we also offer a large selection of rotating draft beer from other local breweries, wine by the glass, hard kombucha, cider, and boozy slushees. Non-alcoholic beverages are also on the menu.
Burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and more (including veggie options) are available on site from Lovely’s.

Yes and yes!
Dogs are welcome both inside and outside. We offer a water bowl on the patio, and dog treats are available behind the bar (ask a bartender).
We welcome guests of all ages. High-chairs and booster seats are available for little ones.

We do not accept reservations for general seating. However, with capacity for well over one hundred guests both inside and outside, there are a variety of tables to choose from that accommodate groups of varying sizes. Yes! We have two flat screen TV’s above the bar, and a 60” flat screen in our private mezzanine that feature regional and national sporting events.

A full food menu is available on-site from Lovely’s. Peep their menu here. As a result, outside food and drinks are not allowed (with the exception of birthday cakes).

LOUNGE RESERVATIONS
Though general seating is first come first served, we do offer reservations for our private Living Room lounge. The Living Room overlooks the main brewery seating area, accommodates up to 25 people, and includes a large dining table, couch, armchairs, a Nintendo 64 (yes, we have Mario Kart and Goldeneye) and a 60” flat screen TV. It’s the ideal space for birthday gatherings, big games, or other events and guarantees seating for your guests, even on our busiest days.
Reservations are $100/hr, with a two-hour minimum (not inclusive of food and drinks, which may be ordered per normal at the bar and kitchen during your visit). Reserve the space using the button below, and feel free to reach out to oakland@twopitchers.com with any questions.
PRIVATE GATHERINGS
